As a UX Designer at ROSEN, you will join a collaborative and innovative environment that prioritizes user-centered design. RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our new validation software for pipeline inspection data. Key responsibilities include :

Design Initiatives : Be part of the complete UX process - from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design

User Research & Testing : Participate in UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conduct usability testing sessions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements

Collaboration : Work closely with our cross-functional product team, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both business goals and technical requirements

UX Alignment : Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team and coordinate design efforts with other UX designers across various teams

Sketches & Prototypes : Develop high-quality user interfaces in Figma and effectively communicate workflows through interactive, clickable prototypes

Design Systems & Consistency : Develop and maintain our design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all product developments

Strategic Problem Solving : Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience at every touchpoint and contribute to the long-term product strategy

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family , you are a seasoned professional with a robust background in UX design. Moreover, you should bring with you :

Experience & Expertise : Strong experience in UX design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex design challenges. A degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, media science, or a related field is preferred

Technical Understanding : Proven ability to work in highly complex and technical environments (e.g., medical, automotive, big data)

User-Centered Mindset : Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making

Discussion Driver : The ability to lead interviews and workshops in an engaging manner, quickly adapting to changing circumstances while extracting critical insights that will drive future product development

Technical Proficiency : Mastery of Figma with extensive experience in prototyping, wireframing, and creating detailed interaction designs. Familiarity with complex design systems, including the use of variables, is required

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical team members

Initiative : Ability to take ownership of projects and manage deadlines with minimal oversight

Innovation : Exceptional critical thinking skills to continuously analyze the status quo and drive meaningful change within the organization

Agile Collaboration : Experience working in agile environments and comfort with iterative design processes that respond to evolving user and business needs

English Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English (C1 level or higher), including strong UX copywriting skills
