Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to qualify cash buyers for our properties. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential cash buyers, verifying their financial ability to purchase, and ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential cash buyers.
• Qualify buyers by confirming proof of funds and financial capability.
• Maintain and update buyer information in our system.
• Communicate effectively with buyers to gather necessary details.
• Schedule follow-ups and property showings for qualified buyers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
• Ability to qualify cash buyers and understand real estate financials.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Full-time availability during US EST working hours.

Compensation

$4 - $5 hourly
