For our Achats, Soutien & Infrastructures department, we are seeking a Chargé de Projets Qualité fournisseurs (H/F). The primary mission will be to support the development and industrialization of watch components with our suppliers up to the qualification phase.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners (PMO, R&D, Component Purchasing, Planning, etc.) to define the outsourcing strategy for new product components.
• Manage project coordination for industrialization with external partners, from design (new products) to industrial qualification.
• Lead and actively participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
• Prepare industrialization files and technical reports.
• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal partners.

Profile

• Technician in microtechnology/mechanics, HES engineer in microtechnology/mechanics, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, methodical, and capable of synthesizing action plans.
• Knowledge of watchmaking techniques and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of materials is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Autonomous, flexible, and team-oriented.
