Responsibilities

• Procurement of indirect goods, general consumables, and services
• Timely and continuous data maintenance in SAP
• Processing invoices in collaboration with accounting
• Timely processing of Supplier Change Requests (SCR) and Problem Reports (PR)
• Proactive cost monitoring and tiered price negotiations
• Supporting and processing quality-related processes

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally with relevant purchasing experience
• Further education in procurement is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP MM/S&P modules and/or SAP Ariba is a plus
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills
• Efficient, independent personality with high productivity and detailed work approach
