Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the production and quality team to improve quality, efficiency, and team performance.
• Ensure all production processes for optical products comply with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee production capacity and resource planning in coordination with the planning and sales departments.
• Collaborate with development, production, and sales teams to implement customer-specific solutions.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall product quality.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data to meet goals and improve performance.

Your profile

• Engineering background (HES or EPF) with good managerial skills.
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in high-volume production.
• Very good English skills (oral and written).
• Know-how of semiconductor processes.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and flexible.
