Job Opportunity: UX Researcher at UBS

Are you passionate about digital innovation and artificial intelligence (AI)? Do you envision a future where AI transforms banking experiences? We’re seeking a UX researcher to shape the future of digital banking through UX research and empirical data analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate qualitative and quantitative user-centric studies to gather insights on client behavior, pain points, and needs.
2. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
3. Prepare and present research reports to design teams, product owners, and stakeholders to inform decisions.
4. Lead workshops, such as design sprints, with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal solutions.
5. Share insights and best practices across the company, and coach team members.
6. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management to support digital initiatives.

Team and Environment

You will join a motivated team of UX specialists within the Experience Design Center of Excellence at UBS, working in an agile environment on strategic digital projects that impact the entire company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human-Centered Design, HCI, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in UX research, design, or innovation management.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a passion for learning new skills.
• Understanding of research methods applicable across product development phases.
• Experience researching advanced technologies like AI or conversational interfaces.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
