Summary: At PwC, our deals team focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.

In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.
