Your Responsibilities

• Lead the release management team and ensure successful delivery on global data transformation projects
• Develop and continuously improve the strategy and operating model
• Report to senior management

Qualifications

• University degree
• Several years of experience in software release management or software engineering, preferably in Financial Services
• Proven leadership in large, fast-paced teams
• Experience designing efficient operating models for large teams
• Effective communication skills in English
• Flexibility for early, late, or weekend work (part-time possible)
