Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz (mit hohem Remote-Anteil) suchen wir einen/e Cloud Infrastructure Senior Analyst – (a) – Festanstellung

Ihre Aufgaben

• Configuration and advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 core technologies (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender suite and Security & Compliance portals features
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange, SharePoint and MS Defender suite
• Ensure the operational health of the infrastructure environment including security, availability, capacity, performance and reliability
• Investigate suspicious activities, contain and prevent incident with proper analysis reporting
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems
• Maintain and manage Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions
• Maintain and implement backup strategies for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune
• Basic networking tasks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, network, and storage
• Proficiency on Active Directory and Windows Server OS management and configuration
• PowerShell knowledge and scripting proficiency

Profil

• GERMAN min. B2
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience with Azure IaaS / PaaS/ SaaS, including virtual machines, storage, and networking
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS
• Possess a deep understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.)
• Scripting skills for automation of platform administration tasks
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems
• Strong customer service-oriented attitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Azure Administrator Certification or similar
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar
• Nice to have: Security certification or similar
