We are hiring a remote Recruiter, Global Talent (must be located in Eastern Europe) who will source, screen, and select candidates for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive recruiting approach.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with interpreters globally.
  • Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns under the guidance of the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement.
  • Achieve weekly recruiting goals set by the department head.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to meet fill-rate standards.
  • Manage candidate applications and flow effectively using the ATS system.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years in a high-volume recruitment role.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience in the language services industry is a plus.
