Job Description

Acts as a developing subject matter expert and works independently to manage or contribute to research projects to support the discovery and development and molecular engineering of Biotherapeutic entities, as well as new processes and technologies for biologics discovery.

Accurately interprets complex datasets and effectively communicates impact to stakeholders through formal and informal disclosures.

Uses new developments in emerging fields to generate innovative research ideas and initiatives.

Contributes to overall strategic project planning and may be responsible for presenting integrated research strategies in order to make recommendations and influence senior leaders for project decisions.

Collects experimental results and coordinates patent applications, manuscripts, protocols, SOPs, technical reports, etc.

Develops technologies to enhance process and quality of Biotherapeutics.

Ensures compliance with company standard operation procedures and other regulatory guidelines.

Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
