Base pay range

CHF115,000.00/yr - CHF130,000.00/yr

Role

As a Business Controller, you will actively support the finance management in steering and developing the international group. With your numerical sense and analytical strength, you will help sharpen the financial decision-making basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly liquidity planning
• Develop and monitor currency hedging strategies
• Conduct variance analyses, KPI evaluations, and controlling based on deviations
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Expand and maintain controlling tools, including PowerBI dashboards
• Lead projects independently within controlling
• Optimize existing reporting and steering processes

Qualifications

• Further education in Business Administration/Finance
• At least 2 years of controlling experience in an international environment
• Proficiency in PowerBI and ERP systems; LucaNet is a plus
• Strong MS365 skills, especially Excel
• Excellent German and good English skills
