Real Estate Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our client's team, responsible for managing various corporate real estate projects and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site meetings in the Baden office.

Duration: Opportunity for contract extensions or permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocation, consolidation, and premises closure
• Lead specific projects related to workplace, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards
• Conduct stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Budgeting and cost planning, maintaining cost awareness throughout projects
• Portfolio data management, including lease data, premises data, and master data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager in corporate environments
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Must reside and work in Switzerland
