We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to work with us giving support to our client from financial industry. With this great opportunity you will have the chance to develop yourself, being in contact with senior stakeholders and manage the MSP recruitment processes for one of our most mature accounts.

  • You will coordinate our client’s recruitment process for external contractors, being a single point of contact for our stakeholders: hiring managers, external vendors and contractors.
  • You will support the end-to-end process work as an interface in partnership with the various departments (procurement, business, HR, etc.) and suppliers to ensure a high level of quality service.
  • You advise managers on the recruitment process and review the candidate submissions, support onboarding, time management, extension etc. for active contractors.
  • You advise those involved in the process and optimize processes continuously.

What you’ll need to succeed:

We are looking for tenacious and result driven professional who is currently working in a staffing environment.

Previous experience in recruitment agency or MSP company would be an asset, as well as the experience in recruitment in finance industry.

In addition, you:

  • Have a college degree or technical training and are familiar with Swiss Temp labour laws and HR legal regulations.
  • Have a customer and service-oriented mindset and combine it with an efficient solution-oriented way of working.
  • Distinguish yourself through a high level of communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
  • Strong user skills in MS Office and fluent English skills round off your profile.
