Global HR / SuccessFactors Specialist (80-100%) – Central Switzerland
An international manufacturing group with a strong global footprint is currently seeking a Global HR / SuccessFactors Specialist (m/f/d) to join its corporate headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and trustworthy HR professional to step into a strategic global role supporting both international HR operations and digital transformation projects.
In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Corporate HR and the Global Product Owner HRIS, acting as a key contributor in driving best-practice HR processes, optimizing digital systems, and supporting global HR initiatives using SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, standardize, and continuously optimize global HR processes and checklists within and outside of SuccessFactors
Maintain and develop group-wide HR policies and ensure compliance with internal regulations
Coordinate and support international HR initiatives including annual performance reviews, bonus planning, and succession planning
Act as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors key user support requests and system-related change management
Lead training efforts and develop clear user documentation for local HR teams across global subsidiaries
Evaluate and track group-wide HR KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
Support the implementation and roll-out of new SuccessFactors modules in collaboration with stakeholders worldwide
Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Corporate HR on ad-hoc initiatives
Your Profile:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in a global HR function with hands-on involvement in SuccessFactors and international HR projects
Strong knowledge of global labor laws, data privacy, and HR process design
Practical experience in Employee Central/Time-Off and familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with the ability to work independently
Fluent in German and English is a must (written and spoken)
