As an Engineering Project Lead within the Engineering & Technology department, you will be working on development projects and their planning.
This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring you to work from our Allendorf office two days per week.
Your impact
- Planning and managing development projects in the Engineering & Technology department
- Aligning project planning with other departments such as Systems Engineering, Software, Electrical Engineering
- Achieving key project goals on time, on scope, and within budget
- Fostering efficient collaboration with Mechanical Engineering team leads and shared services (e.g., IP Management, Tech Documentation, Simulation)
- Preparing status reports and providing updates in relevant meetings and routines
- Evaluating, documenting, and implementing change requests and handling defects
- Organizing projects to optimize resource use with CAPEX and OPEX
- Co-responsibility for product development, adhering to the Product Development Process, and ensuring smooth handover to production
Who you are
You are working independently and efficiently, utilizing the latest technical and communication tools while adhering to environmental, workplace, and fire safety regulations. You also bring:
- Completed technical degree (4-year program, Bachelor’s/Master’s, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Knowledge and experience in project management, including tools (IPMA or PMI certification preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Planview, Polarion, and SAP
- Advanced level in English and B1 level of German
