Do you want to shape the vision of noimos from an ML Engineer's perspective?

Side by side with your new colleagues, you will develop efficient, production-ready analytical models that help drive the claims revolution.

Your new mission looks like this :

1. It all starts from the business problem: you collaborate with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to understand business needs and design fit-for-purpose ML solutions.
2. You then technically design, create, test, and implement complex models (ML including computer vision) and end-to-end pipelines.
3. You will be responsible for managing running ML pipelines, including logging output, prioritizing, and implementing bugs.
4. You underpin this by writing production-ready code, following DevOps and MLOps concepts.
5. You are a team player, co-defining our standards, supporting code reviews, and discussions around common problems.
6. Proficiency in Python and computer vision libraries (e.g., numpy, pandas, OpenCV, scikit-image).
7. Experience with frameworks related to training and evaluation of image recognition tasks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorBoard, COCO).
8. Knowledge of databases (SQL).
9. Experience with infrastructure tools (GCP, GPU, Docker, GitHub, Actions, CI/CD).

This makes you the perfect candidate

For a successful start in your new team:

1. You have experience with data science, especially Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
2. You possess strong programming skills in Python, with clean, modular, and production-ready code.
3. You are experienced in working with large datasets and building auto-scaling ML systems & MLOps.
4. Proficiency with GCP Vertex AI and Kubeflow is a plus.
5. You have good business acumen and can communicate technical matters effectively to non-experts.
6. You enjoy collaborating in a diverse environment and developing fit-for-purpose solutions with PO's, ML Engineers, and other developers.
7. You work with a startup spirit (all hands on deck / MVP thinking).
8. You are proficient in English; German is a plus.
