Logmind is an innovative and dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company develops an AIOps platform that automatically detects problems from the organization's application and infrastructure IT system events, helping enterprise IT teams proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.

The Logmind team has set itself a goal to bring our innovative technology and a new, more effective way of working to the heart of enterprise IT by transforming tedious and manual work into a simpler and automated process.

We are looking for a driven and passionate team member with a proven track record in a software sales leadership role at a startup, and strong strategic and execution skills.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Working with the CEO to define the company’s sales and marketing strategy for fast growth
  • Generating and qualifying new leads using different approaches to gain entry into new accounts
  • Building and managing a top-performing commercial team to execute end-to-end sales, including prospecting, presenting, aligning, negotiating and closing deals, as well as overseeing marketing activities
  • Creating a content strategy based on business objectives and customer segments through online and social media channels
  • Building strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners to accelerate growth
  • Keeping track of industry trends and competitive landscape, while also evaluating evolving customer needs and recognizing opportunities for expansion in both commercial and product areas.

Your qualifications and competencies:

  • Proven success in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales and marketing
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the enterprise IT domain
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving revenue growth
  • A high degree of creativity, initiative and hands-on mentality
  • Persistent, self-driven and "never give up" mindset to reach objectives
  • Excellent communication skills in French and/or German and/or Swiss German, and English.

We offer full-time positions based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Thus, you have to be eligible to work and live in Switzerland.
