The Restaurant Operations team @ RBI is responsible for making sure that all guests visiting any of our 30,000+ restaurants around the world are always getting the best possible experience. The Team is the in-house expert on restaurant operations, including standards, best practices and training. These efforts are directed toward the dual goals of increasing guest satisfaction and improving franchisee profitability.

You will be involved in many ongoing projects whose main goal is to put our guest in the center and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience in one of our restaurants. You will work on Brand Standards and its execution in our restaurants, creating and sharing best practices across different regions and brands to identify opportunities and areas for improvement and training initiatives within the EMEA region, both classroom and digital ones.

Additionally, you will cross-functionally work with many internal stakeholders, including Global Restaurant Operations, Marketing, IT, New Product Development teams and more!

What do you need to be successful in the Restaurant Operations Team?

  • Previous working experience in Quick Service Restaurant/Hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR industry and Quick Service Restaurant operations.
  • Understanding franchise business fundamentals, regional and unit-level operations, best practices, and typical challenges in the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Readiness to travel across the region, sometimes ad-hoc.
  • Fluency in English.
