Your Role

• Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
• Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
• Perform project management processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close, along with scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management
• Diagnose and strategize the need for change and communicate effectively with all involved parties
• Lead and manage end-to-end change projects, including progress tracking and reporting
• Design and develop training for stakeholders involved
• Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle

Your Profile

• Prior experience in Business Process Management
• Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management
• Experience interacting with senior client leaders such as CTOs and COOs, as well as internal partners
• Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable
• Hands-on experience with industry-leading BPMN tools
• Industry experience in sectors like Government, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Oil & Gas, BFSI, Airlines, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, etc.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in strategy and business domains
