You as a talent are needed to rapidly grow our business which started up from three founders with proven track records in AI consulting and scaled AI implementations.

For our powerful team, we are looking for a Swiss based Data Scientist / ML Engineer / AI Consultant to realize our innovative AI solutions for our German and French speaking customers.

Your mission

• Pragmatically design, implement and deploy AI solutions with “best in class” open-source technology to solve pressing business problems.
• Act in high-performing, agile delivery teams and take accountability across the full project life cycle, including the delivered quality, the solution design feasibility, and business development activities.
• Articulate actionable and meaningful outcomes and contribute to the development of new solutions, assets, and products.
• Form trusted relationships with various stakeholders across our clients, delivery teams, and partners.

Your profile

• First experience in Data Science work with a deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
• Fluency in Python and additional languages such as R, SQL, or others.
• Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools, and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hive, Spark.
• First experience in architecting and bringing analytics solutions into production and scaling them afterwards, e.g. based on Azure, AWS, and GCP with DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps.
• True consulting diligence to apply structured thinking/working in all activities performed.
• Excellent written and oral communication (English and German or French is a must).
• Remarkable interpersonal skills paired with a relentless eagerness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to travel and available work permit in Switzerland.
• You intend to start your new job @Artifact within the next 90-120 days from your point of application.
