Job Description:

Partnership Management

  • Develop and implement a coherent Lido domain partnership strategy with existing partnerships in close cooperation with Product Owners and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a communication hub for all internal stakeholders regarding partnerships
  • Align partnership activities with other product lines and contribute to market and competitive intelligence efforts
  • Participate in relevant industry conferences, document key insights, and distribute acquired know-how

Product Consultation

  • Represent Lido Products to customers and at industry fairs
  • Lead technical sales efforts for Lido products and services
  • Drive opportunity and proposal management: analyze demand, define requests and negotiate pricing in collaboration with the sales team
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing documents

  • Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Technology, or Industrial Engineering, or a combination of education and professional experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in working with contractual/legal documents
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High degree of flexibility, self-initiative, and reliability
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, strategic work approach
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Intercultural competence and strong customer orientation
  • High willingness to travel (up to 80%)
  • Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
