Senior Project Manager 90-100% (w/m/d)

Your main tasks:

• Setup, maintain and drive proper project management to realize the expected project objectives
• Iterate project objectives and timelines with all stakeholders, such as Fit4Growth Program Management, other work package leaders, and operative teams to ensure the right level of continuity and agility
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities and resources
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project objectives
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources across work packages, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing bottlenecks
• Implement regular reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with timely updates on program status and performance
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future planning

Your profile:

• Bachelor (and/or) Master's Degree in (industrial/mechanical) Engineering
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional project stakeholder groups within Burckhardt Compression
• Deep subject matter knowledge of the Burckhardt product portfolio and manufacturing processes in order to challenge project workstream results
• Understanding of Burckhardt Compression decision processes and requirements (e.g., internal project management standards and business case requirements)
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of BC's internal processes and good access to all stakeholders
• German and English written and spoken
