We are looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to join our client's team (pharmaceutical industry) as a consultant.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the implementation/replacement of a new eDMS system, with overall responsibility for the timeline/Gantt chart, critical path, budget, and milestones;
• Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
• Coordinate and manage the work of cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business analysts;
• Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies;
• Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, schedules, and resource plans;
• Prepare, lead, document, report, and follow-up on project meetings, workshops, and Steering Committee.

About You

• Formal PM training and certification;
• 5-7 years of software project implementation experience is a must;
• Proven track record of successful multi-year/multi-project experience with complex eDMS/eQMS or Q processes related software implementation in a GMP-regulated environment;
• Ideally, direct experience with Veeva;
• Extensive experience in best practices with tools and project management methodologies;
• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment;
• Ideally, experience in project management within a CDMO environment;
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities;
• Effective organizational and multitasking skills;
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities;
• Clear communication skills and adaptability.

English Business Fluent (German is a plus).

Home-office (2 days max).
