Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support exciting technology strategy and transformation projects for our middle markets sector.
• Work closely with executives to develop digital strategies and effective business models.
• Develop creative, high-quality solutions to current challenges in technology strategy, organization, operating models, assessment, and related areas.
• Drive the acquisition of new projects and clients.
• Contribute to the development of the Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory service offering.
• Work in an inspiring team and international network, receive regular feedback, and access top training in technical and soft skills.
• Take responsibility for employees as a coach, supporting their professional and career development.

• Lead technology strategy and transformation projects in the middle markets sector.
• Collaborate with technology executives to shape digital strategies and business models.

• Support business development through project and client acquisition.
• Enhance service offerings within Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory.
• Engage in team development and expand service offerings, showing initiative.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.

Your Skill Set

• Extensive consulting experience with strong methodological and technical skills.
• Background in science, technology, or economics, with experience in strategic technology or transformation projects.
• Ability to understand complex scenarios and develop entrepreneurial solutions.
• Proficiency in methodologies like TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, SCRUM, etc.
• Interest in team development and service expansion, with proactive initiative.
• Leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with a convincing presence for client interactions.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, and capable of working independently across locations.
