Job Description:

In unserem Buchhaltungsteam bietet sich die tolle Möglichkeit, nach einem erfolgreichen KV-Lehrabschluss, den Einstieg ins Accounting zu realisieren. Für diese spannende Aufgabe bringst Du Interesse an Buchhaltungsprozessen und ein Flair für Zahlen mit. Diese Position ist Teil eines kleinen erfahrenen Teams an unserem Standort in Olten.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

1. Elektronischer Kreditoren-Workflow (SAP + Readsoft)
2. DTA-Zahlungsläufe/Einzelzahlungen und Buchung von Bankbelastungen
3. OP-Verwaltungen, Stammdatenpflege, Ablage, etc.
4. Erstellen von Debitoren-Rechnungen im SAP/SD-System
5. Buchung Bankeingänge, Mahnwesen
6. Unterstützung bei Abschlüssen
7. Mitarbeit bei Projekten zu Prozessverbesserungen
8. KeyUser elektronischer Kreditorenworkflow

Dein Profil:

1. Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsbildung (KV, HS)
2. SAP FI & SD Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
3. Gute Kenntnisse mit Buchführung nach OR
4. MS Office, gute Excel Anwenderkenntnisse
5. Gute verbale und schriftliche Kommunikation, engagierter Teamplayer
6. Gute Deutschkenntnisse, F & E von Vorteil
