This role will be part of the design team, working closely with the pattern team to create collections and prepare them for production.

You will contribute to product development, from creating technical sheets and preparing bill of materials for the sample collection to handing them over to production. Coordination of procurement tasks and keeping our database up-to-date with regards to materials and pricing.

You will be actively involved at every stage, working closely with the design team and other key departments to ensure the creation of innovative, high-quality, well-crafted garments.

Expect some travelling (Europe) and a young and energetic team to collaborate with!

The role is reporting to Head of Product Development and work location is flexible within Europe.

Your mission:

• Work with the design team in the development process.
• Launch and follow up on developments.
• Launch prototypes and collection samples with the designer.
• Attend fittings and create technical sheets to communicate with the pattern maker.
• Produce technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
• Research fabrics and other materials in conjunction with the designer and fabric department.
• Manage the input of product data and keep it updated in the PLM system.
• Sourcing of accessories (buttons, metalwork, zips, etc.) and creating seasonal accessories overviews/seasonal accessories library for the collection.

Your story:

• At least two years' experience in tailoring and/or outerwear product development.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and product knowledge.
• Passionate about fabrics, colour and design.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English, basic German; additional languages a plus.
