Your Area of Responsibility

  • Inventory management of assigned customers and dynamic handling of all merchandise-related in-season measures for maximum productive sales areas
  • Reporting, monitoring, and benchmarking of space and assortment performance with actual/target comparisons
  • Conducting bestseller and underperformer analyses
  • Checking and optimizing the flow of goods and implementing corrective measures for managed customers
  • Demand forecasting to ensure quantity planning and product availability, and monitoring deliveries within the season
  • Carrying out master data transmission, backlog processing, target stock management, returns processing, invoicing, inventories, etc.
  • Acting as the contact person for direct inquiries regarding inventory management and collaborating closely with Sales Operations and Visual Merchandising teams

What is Important to Us

  • Successfully completed commercial training and initial work experience in inventory management or merchandise planning, preferably in the textile industry
  • Good analytical skills and an accurate, meticulous work approach
  • The ability to recognize trends and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build cross-departmental working relationships
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Good language skills in German; additional languages such as French and Italian are a plus
