Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, series changes, and monitor production.
• Adjust CNC machines and correct tools as needed.
• Ensure part quality through dimensional and aesthetic self-inspections.
• Maintain established processes according to Methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, seeking time and tooling efficiencies.
• Promote team communication and mutual support.
• Set up all tooling, including clamps and cutting tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.

Profile

• Holder of a CFC Polymécanicien/ne or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient with CNC machines (BUMOTEC S1000, S181, S191).
• Knowledge of programming languages (Fanuc/Siemens).
• Skilled in reading technical drawings.
• Experienced with measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and attribute inspection devices.
• Rigorous, methodical, and procedure-oriented.
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work day shifts, 2x8, or night shifts.
