The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES-HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the University of St.Gallen. It offers a broad portfolio of programmes including various MBAs and Executive MBAs, as well as open and company-specific continuing education courses. Your tasks

  • Co-lead the Executive School's board-level activities, ensuring successful growth and sustainable performance.
  • Expand and develop relationships with board members and corporate partners.
  • Provide access to new board networks.
  • Develop and lead the team, overseeing financial performance, operational excellence, and overall quality of the programs.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Master's Degree in strategy, business or management, law, economics, social sciences, international relations, or similar fields; a PhD is an advantage.
  • Substantial leadership experience in practice (e.g., corporate executive roles, partner in leading professional services firms, or similar).
  • Proven experience in executive education at a leading business school, particularly with C-level and board audiences.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics, demonstrated through extensive board experience in various contexts (large, listed, private, state-owned, family-controlled companies, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure; collaborative and flexible attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German.
