Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning Systems and based in Bellevue, this role will be responsible for the following areas (including but not limited to) :

Managing Financial Planning cycles on our Anaplan platform

  • Manage financial planning cycles on our Anaplan platform, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy
  • Oversee recurring Anaplan operations, maintaining entities, hierarchies, and account mappings between financial systems
  • Develop and implement robust data validation procedures to identify and correct errors, ensuring high-level of data integrity
  • Troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with Group Technology departments to resolve problems promptly and minimize downtime
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial data, maintaining the highest standards of data management

User Support and Training

  • Providing technical support and guidance to users of the financial planning and reporting systems
  • Developing and delivering training programs to a global community
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation, including system manuals and FAQs

Functional applications development and enhancement

  • Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for enhancing financial planning and reporting system efficiency
  • Participate in development projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and global scale rollout. This including boosting analytical capabilities using platforms like SAP BW and GCP Looker.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements to drive financial planning digitalization

Education, experience and core competencies

  • University degree in Finance, Controlling, Management and / or Information Systems management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in Financial Planning and Reporting systems, ideally from a Consulting firm, Implementation Partner or Software Vendor
  • Hands-on experience on Anaplan implementation or similar planning platforms ( Tagetik, Onestream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, etc.) is a must
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Anaplan Model Builder certification is a plus
  • Experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker, SAP BW / BO Analysis for excel) is a plus
  • Strong interest in technology, systems and process alignment
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is considered a plus
