The Platform Supply Chain Excellence Lead is a key role responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing planning efficiency, and aligning with global business objectives.

Role / Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive platform supply chain strategy to optimize performance.
• Identify and execute supply chain improvement projects, focusing on process enhancement.
• Create supply chain processes tailored to the platform and provide training to partners within the supply chain community.
• Establish and monitor critical metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage ERP systems and Master Data Management to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with site supply chain teams to share and implement standard methodologies globally.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and sustainability.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain challenges to inform strategic decisions.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.

Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• CPIM APICS certification preferred.
• Proven experience in driving supply chain excellence in a global environment.
• Experience in developing and measuring critical metrics, process improvement, ERP systems, and Master Data Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience with supply chain technology and digital transformation initiatives.
