To support our growth in French Part Switzerland, we are looking for Geneva area a Data Scientist – Constrained Optimization consultant to join our team to develop and refine high-value models

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

As part of a large-scale project, we are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong mathematical background and a strong interest in algorithms and constrained optimization:

• Design and implement constrained optimization models
• Work on the mathematical modeling of complex problems
• Collaborate with business teams to understand real-world constraints
• Participate in the implementation of efficient and robust algorithms
• Document, test, and continuously improve proposed solutions

Desired skills

Your Profile:

• Master Degree in applied mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience of 2 years (or academic training) in constrained optimization (linear, combinatorial, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python (or other data science-related languages)
• Experience with libraries such as Pyomo, OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX is an asset
• Fluent English (international working environment) and French
• Very good communication skills, rigor and scientific curiosity.
