Senior Manager- Financial Risk CHF140,000-200,000.00

As a Senior Manager, you will become an integral part of our clients leadership team. You will be responsible for business expansion in Switzerland, focusing mainly on Credit Risk advisory services in the local market. Responsibilities will include business development, project management, and leading multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex quantitative challenges and develop models for our various clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial advice to clients, manage complex projects as well as coaching and steering of other projects and consultants.
• Primary contact for all the business clients, ensuring clear communication and market knowledge.
• Actively contribute to developing the growth of our business in the Swiss market.

Skills:

• To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Deep knowledge of Credit Risk modelling, including A-IRB and/or IFRS 9 models
• Familiarity with current credit risk practices, machine learning, AI and associated regulations
• Credit Risk Modelling and Management, gained from significant experience within industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent communication skills •
• An ambitious and strategic mindset, coupled with excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in Financial Economics, Econometrics, Physics, or Mathematics.
