Responsibilities:

• Deliver top talent for contracting Life Science positions
• Source, headhunt, and attract top talent
• Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
• Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to become a top consultant
• Develop yourself as a 360 consultant

Your Experience:

• 2 years+ in professional agency recruitment in Switzerland
• Communicative, outgoing, and passionate about recruitment
• Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high-quality solutions and results
• English and German professional ability
