Data Protection Officer

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. We are currently seeking an exceptional talent for the following role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update data protection policies, processes, training, and communication materials
• Conduct data protection impact assessments and review data processing agreements
• Manage the processing activities register and support departments on privacy matters
• Coordinate the data protection organization and enhance the privacy management system
• Monitor regulatory developments, conduct audits, and liaise with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German is required
• Law degree (LL.M. or bar admission preferred) with 1–3 years of data protection experience in a company or law firm
• Additional privacy certifications (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CAS, DAS) are advantageous
• Strong technical understanding with an interest in AI and information security
