Your responsibilities

  1. You are in charge of collecting, analyzing, and negotiating customer/stakeholder requirements, and you define the development baseline to ensure proper understanding of expectations.
  2. You specify and maintain the control system and sub-system requirements, documenting them in specifications.
  3. You define System Interface Requirements Specifications to clarify the boundaries of the system of interest.
  4. You apply MBSE methods to ensure specification robustness.
  5. You perform concept studies, set up functional prototypes, implement models and simulations to evaluate system design and architectures, and are accountable for S-FMEA (supported by Quality).
  6. You manage, record, and track change requests while analyzing their impact on the system, sub-systems, and other functionalities.
  7. You ensure versioning and configuration management of system requirements.
  8. You ensure active claim management and root cause analysis.
  9. You define system acceptance criteria and corresponding validation strategies.
  10. You are responsible for creating functional, performance, robustness, and vulnerability tests.
  11. You perform validation, summarize test results, and analyze deviations.

Your profile

  1. You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering, or related fields.
  2. You have previous experience in the automotive or powertrain industry.
  3. You have experience with ASPICE SYS.x processes and methods.
  4. You have knowledge of MBSE methodologies, processes, and tools.
  5. You are familiar with functional safety-related development.
  6. You are familiar with automotive electronic hardware and software design and embedded system architecture.
  7. You are proficient in English.
  8. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
