Ensure level of service is guaranteed during peak times and/or vacation. Follow-up on open items and backlog, alert management if the situation is getting out of control.
• Be a superuser for the tools in scope of the team i.e. Concur, Stampli, etc.

TASKS

• Booking of some AP Sub-Ledger entries
• Weekly payment run
• Booking of the payment at the Infoflo System of all AP invoice payments
• Monthly/Yearly AP sub-ledger closing: support, booking and reconciliations
• Preparation of several AP financial reports
• Prepare AP accruals & reconciliations
• Special tasks/projects on demand
• Support of Finance Management with various analysis, reports and other tasks

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Special Knowledge: Excellent communication in English - spoken and written

German and/or French is a strong asset

Very good excel skills is required

Personality: Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity

Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues and superiors

Professional Experience: Min. 3-4 years of experience in that field, ideally in an international environment

Previous team management experience is a plus
