DUTIES:

• Oversee all work completed by HCT as it pertains to house cleaning, small commercial accounts, and field support.
• Report maintenance issues waste removal
• Assign staff duties and inspect work for performance
• Must be willing to do a weekend manager (Phone Support Mostly) on duty
• Should be a hands on manager who is willing to assist as needed
• Should know regulations and the survey process as it relates to both departments Field and Office.
• Should know the overall operations of all house cleaning.
• Be able to train staff to uphold Employment Manual and company requirements.
