In order to further expand our good market position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and responsible person to join our sales team in Austria as Controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all Controllin g activities in Austria – acting as the key finance partner for the local organization with strong functional collaboration with controlling team in Germany
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, both sales & Opex, in alignment with local and international stakeholders
Create and continuously improve financial reports in line with group reporting standards
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, including variance analysis and follow-ups
Provide clear KPIs and insights to support strategic and operational decisions for commercial success
Identify efficiency potentials and drive process improvements in Controlling and Sales
Ensure smooth financial operations in close cooperation with external accounting, management, and cross-functional teams
Your Profile
Completed education in business, finance, or a related field, with a focus on Controlling
Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a matrix organization
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and confidence with data analysis tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple reporting lines, and collaborate across functions in an international matrix environment
Proactive mindset, high level of self-organization, and a sense of ownership
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
