In order to further expand our good market position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and responsible person to join our sales team in Austria as Controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all Controllin g activities in Austria – acting as the key finance partner for the local organization with strong functional collaboration with controlling team in Germany
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, both sales & Opex, in alignment with local and international stakeholders
  • Create and continuously improve financial reports in line with group reporting standards
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, including variance analysis and follow-ups
  • Provide clear KPIs and insights to support strategic and operational decisions for commercial success
  • Identify efficiency potentials and drive process improvements in Controlling and Sales
  • Ensure smooth financial operations in close cooperation with external accounting, management, and cross-functional teams

Your Profile

  • Completed education in business, finance, or a related field, with a focus on Controlling
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and confidence with data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple reporting lines, and collaborate across functions in an international matrix environment
  • Proactive mindset, high level of self-organization, and a sense of ownership
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
