Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the quality of our manufactured materials, components, and products. You will define activities, processes, and standards to implement sustainable quality solutions and develop our sustainable solution framework for factory and onsite quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive projects for sustainable quality solutions
• Develop and optimize our quality framework
• Act as a quality ambassador across the organization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish processes for non-conformance management and data quality
• Enable data-driven decision-making
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and management review meetings
• Perform Root Cause Analysis
• Manage projects independently
• Coach and review team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing
• Proven project and process management skills
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• Green Belt certification is mandatory; Black Belt is advantageous
