Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for the IPL department.
• Lead and manage the worldwide IPL team, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and fostering a positive environment.
• Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Manage customer relationships and networking.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for client projects.
• Promote the company's services and build carrier partnerships for heavy and oversized cargo transportation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitor team performance, resource planning, and operational KPIs for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in project cargo operations and logistics, with at least 5 years in managerial roles within international companies.
• Deep understanding of international shipping, supply chain management, customs, and global trade.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Financial management expertise, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Leadership qualities, customer orientation, integrity, and transparency.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Languages:

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
