The Director of Brand at On defines the long-range vision for marketing for one of the two pillars of our business - PAD (lifestyle) or Performance. They partner with others in the organization, including product vertical leads and commercial leads, to develop and execute this vision, aiming to enhance credibility, connection, and action with our communities.
Specifically, for the Performance [sports] verticals—Running, Outdoor, and Tennis—the role involves shaping how we approach these sports to increase awareness, cultural relevance, credibility, and sales. The director will map out a long-term growth strategy in collaboration with product, merchandising, and sales teams, linking efforts across verticals for maximum impact.
We seek a collaborative individual skilled in research, planning, storytelling, and building trust with decision-makers. You should be passionate about sport, knowledgeable about product technologies, and adept at storytelling that elevates our brand in the performance sports verticals.
