We are looking for an experienced Pursuits Leader who can act as a facilitator and key contributor in our high-profile Audit and Advisory pursuits. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the pursuits strategy and shaping our future with innovative proposals.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Lead and manage the end-to-end pursuit process for high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives and compliance with pursuit protocols.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop winning strategies, ask challenging questions, and articulate compelling value propositions. Facilitate strategy sessions to identify client needs, competitive landscape, and solutions.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that communicate KPMG's offerings effectively.
• Manage pursuit timelines, resources, and budgets for efficient execution.
• Provide coaching and guidance to pursuit team members to enhance their skills.
• Analyze pursuit outcomes, capture lessons learned, and incorporate best practices into future efforts.

This is what makes you successful

• University/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Pursuit Management experience.
• Proficiency in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong project management skills for pursuit processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a professional service firm with a multicultural environment.
• Boldness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong organizational skills.
