The Opportunity
- Be part of a committed Agile DevOps team responsible for applications from code to production.
- Work within a motivated, multi-location, multi-lingual team managing both Cobol and Java applications.
- Contribute to the Front-Office department, responsible for designing, developing, and processing real-time payment applications.
- Ensure high availability and robustness of services under high constraints such as speed, integrity, and quality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with developers in a Scrum team to analyze and resolve bugs across all environments, coordinating with teams, clients, and QA engineers.
- Support end-to-end and user acceptance testing with customers, both onsite and online.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for applications.
- Review project documentation and requirements.
- Design, write, and execute test scripts.
- Review and adapt user manuals for clients (in German).
- Follow up on issue resolution, assessing urgency and priority.
- Participate in application maintenance and incident management rotation duties.
- Reproduce bugs from production, test fixes, and implement automation for existing applications.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for applications.
Who Are We Looking For

- Certified Test Engineer (ISTQB) or Test Manager with relevant experience.
- Willing to learn technically and expand business knowledge continuously.
- A good team player, resourceful, perseverant, and independent.
- Possess an agile mindset with strong customer focus and communication skills (support, UAT, automation).
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
- Prepared to work and contribute actively in an agile DevOps environment.
- Experience with GUI testing (WEB GUI) and system interfaces (XML, SOAP).
- Knowledge of SQL, Java, JUnit, API/Service testing (PostMan).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins).
- Familiar with Jenkins for continuous integration and automated testing and building.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Opensearch, Splunk) is a bonus.
- Understanding of card payments and mobile payments is advantageous.
