SAP S/4 HANA P2P Stream Lead

An SAP S/4 HANA P2P Stream Lead role has become available at an international firm leader in their field.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the SAP S/4 HANA Procure to Pay (P2P) stream.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Design and configure SAP S/4 HANA P2P solutions to meet the needs of the organization, adhering to industry best practices.
4. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely project execution.
5. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project activities and decision-making processes.
6. Conduct and oversee testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
7. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support during and after implementation to ensure smooth operations.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives within the P2P stream.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
10. Mentor and provide leadership to the P2P project team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA P2P implementation and support, with a deep understanding of P2P processes.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading SAP projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
4. Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA configuration and customization, with hands-on experience in relevant tools and technologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
9. SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred.
10. Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
11. Fluent in English and French.
