Tasks

We are looking for an Onboarding & Account Manager to support our Expansion Manager based in Zurich:

• Onboard tens of new restaurant partners
• Teach the Future Kitchens System to new restaurant partners (on premise during service hours)
• Manage relationship with portfolio of partner restaurants
• Upsell additional brands into your portfolio
• Quality assurance of partners / manage Mystery guest program
• Maintain Partner Satisfaction
• Keep improving the Future Kitchens system with ongoing projects

Requirements

Motivated self-starter that wants to join a fast-growing startup:

• German / French
• Based out of Zurich / Remote
• Experience in Kitchen operations
• Onboardings are done during opening hours of restaurant
• Driver's Licence
• Stock options for high performers
• Provided administrative support for working permit

• Workdays: Monday - Friday
