Product Requirements Engineer 100% (all genders)

Work location: Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, or Italy

In this role, you ensure correct technical design specifications and provide necessary requirements for quality assurance.

Main Duties

1. Define product specifications and validated properties
2. Establish quality standards and testing requirements
3. Gather and provide necessary product information
4. Create training content and technical documentation
5. Ensure product safety and obtain technical approvals
6. Collaborate within a cross-cultural environment at Bossard GROUP — together we create!

Qualifications

1. Basic technical education, preferably with digital tools (CAD, CAx, etc.)
2. HF technician or Bachelor's degree (FH) in mechanical engineering or related fields
3. At least 2 years of experience in product development (project work)
4. Proficiency in 3D CAD systems such as SolidWorks, and MS Office 365
5. Self-confident, well-organized with project management skills and a winning personality
6. Fluent in written and spoken German and English
