Located in the North of Switzerland, well-connected to major cities in Central Europe, our headquarters are close to the German office in Erlangen.

Located in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg, our office in Erlangen is the core of publishing, marketing & PR activities - including community management, graphic design and video production with a state-of-the-art streaming studio. Also found here: software related divisions like gameplay programming, sound design, web development and quality assurance as well as HR.

Office in Brno

Located in the second-largest city in the Czech Republic after Prague, our office in Brno is primarily focused on 3D art. Our talented game artists are experts for vehicle and character creation, character animation, as well as map assets. They enrich the world of the game for an authentic farming experience and create authentic models based on real-life vehicles and tools.

Office in Chicago

To strengthen our link to the overseas community, our office in the United States is responsible for community management, customer support as well as event organization. To support our publishing team in Erlangen, we are currently looking for an

Publishing Assistant

part-time or full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotations and price calculation
• Order processing taking into account current import and export regulations as well as follow-up and complaint processing
• Inventory analyses and materials management
• Supporting our international business customers and suppliers in English and German

Expected Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Willingness to get familiarized with various publishing tools and processes
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Great sense of responsibility

What would be a plus?

• Experience with accounting and/or taxes
• Experience in the gaming or media industry
