Project Manager Pursuits & Proposals (French speaking)

Are you a Sales or Procurement Professional? We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage and support our Audit and Advisory pursuit processes. In this important role, you will work closely with the business teams in Financial Services and support our teams in winning proposals.

Your contribution to KPMG

1. Execute project management for complex, deadline-driven pursuit processes, including planning the internal proposal process, defining deliverables and scope, communicating deadlines and responsibilities, setting up meetings, chasing actions, and monitoring overall progress.
2. Analyze the Request for Proposal (RfP) and coordinate the pursuit process.
3. Initiate relevant research efforts (e.g., company profile and stakeholder analysis).
4. Support the business team in preparing for client interactions (e.g., site visits and presentations) and oversee the production of relevant materials.
5. Develop proposal documents, including initial document structure and design, managing content development, document review processes, and coordinating design resources.
6. Work closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the development of new templates and best practice examples.

This is what makes you successful

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a professional service company; pursuit experience in Audit and/or Advisory is essential.
3. Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in French and English is required; German is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within KPMG Financial Services.
6. A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
7. Experienced in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
